     Thanksgiving, Christmas and New Year Holiday bookings... $700/night for 5 night stay, additional nights at $600/night

May-Oct 2012 Summer Rates.... $700/Night; $4,200 for the week (6 night, 7 day)

5 night minimum stay, $300 cleaning fee

$700 Security/Deposit & signed Contract required to Confirm Reservation

$700 Security/Damage Deposit will be charged, and returned in full when house has been inspected and keys returned. In Case of Damages, all costs for materials and labor will be deducted from the Security/Damage Deposit. Damages in excess of the $600 deposit will be charged. 

Final Payment is Due 30 Days Prior to arrival. 1% Oregon Lodging Tax

No Refund Within 7 Days of Arrival. 7-60 days $600 Cancellation fee
